Worst scheduling team and billing team They are highly incompetent and rude. I finally talked to Mellissa in billing team who was very helpful!!
Went in today for a MRI. The woman at the front desk was very nice and made check in easy. The care I received from Lex (MRI tech) and Cam (student) were phenomenal! I was anxious about the procedure and they went above and beyond to make me comfortable by offering me a blanket, music, a button to push for help, and Lex talked to me throughout the procedure to ensure I was okay. His kindness was beyond appreciated! There was another gentleman that set me up with a gown and locker, he was great as well! I appreciate the staff... read more
