The Technician & staff were confident, friendly and knowledgeable. I felt at ease and well informed during the CT Scan.
I had an open MRI at this facility this morning. From the moment I walked in to check in, everyone was helpful, friendly and resposive to my needs. The attedant in the changing room brought me a blanket because it is cold in that room.I am very claustrophobic, so as I went into the MRI room, the person performing the MRI walked me through the process.
