I always have a wonderful experience at the Tempe center; however, the lack of professionalism that I received from this location is outrageous. Samantha claimed that she could not find a vein in my right arm. She was callous and frivolous about the entire predicament. Scott gave no specific instructions regarding the CT. This was my first medical experience with getting a CT. As a result of Samantha’s ineptitude, I have a gigantic bruise inside my arm. I’m considering legal action. Banner Imaging Gilbert was great. This is the second time I have been to this location for an open MRI. The reception team promptly checked me in. The tech team (Amy & Renae) were great and knowledgeable along with a sense of humor.
