Rude and not professional. Arrived 30 minutes early and the staff was still unprepared by our appointment time. I had to call our doctor twice for the order to be rewritten because Yoselin at the front desk refused to give me and the doctor's office exactly what she wanted written on the order. While waiting overheard a loud conversation of them sending an elderly lady results for her exam. The lady was terrified and believed she was diagnosed with metastasized cancer. The Pain Center continues to astonish me with the excellent customer service. The staff never ceases to amaze me from Dr. Jones down to the medical assistants. The Pain center is where anyone in pain needs begin, to feel better.
I love this place, they are friendly! They make me feel comfortable.
Everyone whom I interacted with here was wonderful. From the 4 women I spoke to when I was scheduling to the techs that guided me through my brest MRI. I felt taken care of and informed. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Based on previous reviews, my expectations were not high. I was pleasantly surprised by how thoroughly I was taken care of. Thank you .
The staff over here are a bunch of idiots. My wife has a family history that requires early imaging. The authorizations department didn't put that info on the request and of course it got denied. I was told a supervisor would be calling, that never happened. Now I have to go through tons of hoops to get the services we need all because of their lack of competency. Steer clear if at all possible.
