I always choose this location for imaging. Ive been coming here for years. The staff is very friendly. Ive never had to wait too long for my appointment.
I was done with my scans by the time my appointment was even supposed to start and Regina was the best! She made sure I was comfortable and she let me know everything she was doing!
Technicians were rude, unkind and rushing. Bed side manner was unacceptable and unprofessional.
I believe this was only my second visit to this location after years of going to the Laura Dreier Breast Center—and not being happy with the “new” location there. What a difference this Chandler location makes. The staff here are wonderful - very helpful, friendly, courteous, compassionate, professional, and patient. I was greeted and assisted immediately upon arrival, and I was called back before I even finished completing the two forms.
