After all the money we have spent with Banner in the last 6 months (yes in Mesa) we have never been treated as poorly as we were today at Banner Imaging in Casa Grande by Katelynn. As we were told by our Insurance Co after thousands of dollars we should not have had a deductible at all. Yet NO ONE would take the time to check with billing NO ONE at Casa Grande. An older Hispanic women at the desk was pushy and kinda rude. I asked to do payment plans and she lied to me saying they don't do that. I am currently making payments on previous imaging services from this same location so I know it is an option. When I tried to show her on my phone, she said "that's Banner Health. We're Banner Imaging." I thought that was dumb of her to say because they are a department within Banner. Even their job posting shows that they are a department within Banner.
