Making the appointment was easy but the Call Center employees were in other states and had no idea how to answer questions (like wheelchair access or parking lot proximity to building or where to go once inside or urgency of doctor orders) other than scheduling the appointment. This made it very difficult to navigate the system. I found out that if you come alone and can't walk, you're on your own as no wheelchair services are provided and there is no way to call the actual office once you arrive. The admit desk was really awesome and friendly and the MRI Tech was friendly and professional. He made me comfortable and I had no anxiety at all about the MRI. This was an outstanding staff all the way around!
