I am giving them a five because the radiologist technician who performed my mammogram was by far the best I have ever had. I have neglected them for almost 5 years from the damage done by the last technician at a different place. I highly recommend Banner Imaging at Arcadia. It was clean, the staff was nice and everything was throughly explained prior. She also didn't smash me like a pancake and for women with large breasts that important. It's already slightly painful. I want to give my radiologist technician a 5+ .

The service was excellent and efficient
I had no wait time. I was called in for my appointment on time. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. The staff and technicians were very efficient and reassuring. They showed great concern about my comfort. Very good experience.
