Same old Banner that moved my mom from the hospital to a nursing home WITHOUT contacting the family. But my insurance only had Banner contacts under 'pulmonology', so I was stuck with Banner. And not familiar with the 3838 campus I stopped by a few days before and got directions from valet parking.
