Their aides stole supplies that my father's insurance paid for! I tried a few times to contact Banner Hospice directly to resolve the issue. But I was ignored.
Allowed my dad to go 2 hours with no pain meds until he passed away because the nurse could not get ahold of a doctor to authorized. The worst experience of my life. Between Del Webb Banner and this hospice. I would not take anyone to a Banner facility.
My mother was a patient at Banner Hospice House in late 2015 and she received remarkable care while there. I simply cannot say enough about the compassion, kindness and gentleness the entire staff exhibited. We had a problem with one nurse and as soon as it was brought to the attention of the manager, it was addressed immediately. I will forever be grateful for the nursing staff here who assisted my mother at the end of her life's journey, and the care they showed to the family as well.
