Abbie is the best. He is so wonderful to deal with and most importantly he is HONEST. His guys are always respectful and friendly. They do excellent work.
In early August 2025 our AC condenser failed. I called the original installer (Not BANNER) who located a field rat in the condenser that chewed many wires and got electrocuted (see the attached image). The original installer (Not BANNER) indicated we had $6,000 of damage (see the attached image). I called BANNER, spoke with Abbey (owner) who came out the same day with a team of three technicians and BANNER was able to change all the wiring harnesses in 1.5 hours for $650. I’ve had Banner take care of two air conditioning issues at my house and received absolutely flawless service for both events. I have separate upstairs and downstairs systems with both condensers inconveniently installed on a roof that is 2 feet higher than most 2 story homes. Going up there was no problem for Abbey’s Banner crew, but the idea of going up caused the heavily advertised big guy in our neighborhood to walk away from the job 3 years ago. Abbey is one of the most trust-worthy vendors - in this case for HVAC - that I have worked with. I was completely overwhelmed and felt under water and needed an entirely new HVAC system in an older house that was not built for an HVAC system. It was a condundrum that was very difficult to solve with a lot of details that blocked one solution or another.
