I just spend 40 minutes in a room waiting for a provider to come and see me and no one showed up.
I brought my sick baby in and was told he had an ear infection by one doctor and he just has a virus by another doctor at the same facility. I was extremely brushed off and felt we were more of a burden being there. After leaving I wasn’t happy with the conclusion so prompted a second opinion. It turned out that he did have an ear infection and was on the mend the following day after receiving appropriate medical care from his regular primary care provider. Husband and I went in because he had pain in his neck to include when he simply breaths and the provider he saw did not put a lot of effort into finding out a cause. She sent him home with muscle relaxers told him to stretch and he would be a brand new man in the morning. Well the muscle relaxers haven't helped loosen anything and he is still in pain and looking for answers. No help at all.
