I would not advise anyone to come here for same-day care matters. I was not pleased with how the front office staff treated me during my visit here several months ago, or that I was treated like a 'seeker', a patient attempting to get prescription drugs for inappropriate use, by the provider. Additionally, you can not call this office -- The number they give you goes to a centralized call center which is extremely unhelpful. Wanted to recognize Lena at the check-in desk. My mom (92 years old) had a problem yesterday and saw Dr before noon. She had a CT scan at Banner Imaging at 2:20pm. She was told she would have results by 2 different people before 5pm as order had STAT on it. No calls from either person and we were worried all night. Talked with Lena at 7:20AM. She assured me the Dr had requested results twice with no avail. Banner Imaging said to give it 24 hours. My mother got a call before 10AM today with the results. Impressed with all the... read more
This place has an amazing staff that is efficient, professional and caring.
first time visit went good. but the second time wasn't good. I got to see a doctor only few min here and sent me to ER where I spent about 10hours there... Also the bill I received from here was over $400. Even tho I have a insurance. Somehow they billed me wrong.
