3 different doctors in a year and a half, 3 office moves, and I am dropped from their medical care for missing appointments. Why are doctors leaving, why are you changing office locations so often? How much confidence and trust does this give patients who put their lives in your hands? Don't waste your time... they obviously don't care what THEY put patients through.
Never even had an appointment. That is how bad the front office treated me over the phone. I understand we live in an age of over worked professionals. But the front office staff and the people answering the phone are completely unprofessional.
My honest opinion.... Things started off great when I first visited this endocrinologist approximately one year ago. At that time it certainly seemed like she was a professional. But things change over the course of one year. Dr George switched me to a different insulin. With this change came alarming results. My sugars climbed (400's)l with A1C around 9.0. I truly appreciate the personal interaction, care and professionalism of the doctors and staff at the Banner Health Endo unit, at the Sun City West offices. I was listened to and explained to all my concerns during my visit. They were also very accommodating regarding my appointment scheduling. I highly recommend This facility and staff.
This office is poorly managed with bad protocols. Likely it has too many patients to give quality care. Messages often not returned. Insufficient data shared with regards to next steps. Critical care patients don’t get appropriate care. Medicinal dosages not followed up on to make sure patient is faring well. No good follow through on lab tests.
