Great location, lots of great provider options in the San Tan Valley area. This was a bit concerning though. I’m just glad that the hospital is right next door in case something happened. Photo taken at 3:28 pm on 6/24/26
Everyone was outstanding. Calling to make an appointment was a breeze. All my questions were answered and appointment info sent to me right away. Checking in was again a breeze, very fast and friendly. I was seen minutes after arriving. The xray tech was great, had me in and out while making sure that I was comfortable and knew exactly what was going on with each step. This office is proud to over bill patients despite the patient alerting them to the error Over billed 3 separate times They then proceed to refuse you care because opening the over billing issue is considered inappropriate, disruptive behavior It appears the billing staff and doctors are co conspirators in an ongoing money grab operation It does take 30 to 60 days to get ones over payment refunded by Banner If you like your money aggravation free to stay in your wallet, beware getting care at this location High five Jody!
