My husband was referred by a specialist in Fort Collins. He wanted him to be seen ASAP. because of our insurance, we are limited as to choices. I called this facility, was told they took our insurance. I had the info faxed over that day. I called on Monday because I had not heard from them to schedule an appt. Doctors, nurses, practitioners great job. Front desk associates however should choose a new career or learn correct customer service/ hospitality skills. Wrong career for you grumpy folks.
