The Litchfield Park location offers terrible customer service. After waiting 3 months to be seen, they messed up my appt with my husband's, and I could not make the appt. they gave me. The scheduler was extremely rude and was going to make me wait ANOTHER 3 months just to be seen. Both my wife and I see MD Pena, and we love coming to see him. He is the only doctor that has addressed our issues without dragging out long extensive and expensive alternate treatment plans.
