If you are looking for a consistent primary care doctor, look further. I have had several appointments scheduled incorrectly, or canceled without notice of cancellation. This facility is unorganized and does not prioritize the needs of their patients. Don’t waste your time, go somewhere else.
The Litchfield Park location offers terrible customer service. After waiting 3 months to be seen, they messed up my appt with my husband's, and I could not make the appt. they gave me. The scheduler was extremely rude and was going to make me wait ANOTHER 3 months just to be seen. I called another location and spoke with Kayla, who actually gave me options, and am now scheduled today so that I can start back on my very needed medication that I've not been able to get while waiting to be seen as a "new patient", even though I... read more
