We love Jackie Brown! She has been our primary for over 2 years and our family could not be more pleased. Super easy to get in to see her, and we are never rushed through the appointment. Easy to get referrals quickly and med refills. So happy we found Jackie!
Dr. Zug takes time to listen to my concerns and explain things very well. She is one of the best doctor's I have had!
I have seen two different "doctors" here over the years and both were completely incompetent. It's extremely evident that there isn't a person in this building that has had any significant medical training or even brief brushing up in at least the last decade or more. You'll probably be fine if you're normally healthy, but unfortunately any intervention other than "just eat better and exercise" is out of their wheelhouse.
