My wife needs her bladder tube changed evey 4 weeks. We have been using in-home care services for the last 8 months. They were very unreliable. Finally, her PCP sent a refferal to Banner Urology. It like night and day! My wife had her tube plugged up just recently and we usally end up going to the ER. That's a real pain spending 3 hours in the ER. Very pleasant and informative. He's a great doctor.
My trip to the Banner Urology Department went very well. All the staff, who I met with, were welcoming , listened to the reasons why I was there and offered several options I should take. I felt comfortable and scheduled a return appointment.
