Im not sure why the reviews are so bad here, thats why i never came BUT they are not correct, not for the person i see or my expereince here! I've seen alot of crappy docs at crappy places here (and in a few states)...ALOT and been through hell- ive seen 15 plus docs in the last 6 yrs-many in the ER as no one has figured out how to treat me or help me or really even bothered to keep looking for answers so i can have my heart capacity back and maybe my health or atleast real concrete answer of what might be wrong or treatment... read more
My doctor wasnt the best, ive had better and will not be going back. I will get my results and thats it. She didnt do anything that she asked if i wanted and i said yes just in case such as STD test and HPV vaccine because im at that age and I said yes to be safe because you never know. I introduced my partner with his name. When it was time to do my pap she made him leave without asking me what i wanted. Its the reason my man came with me. Note: Banner Health has resolved this to my satisfaction. The day of service I paid the full amount due and received a statement saying, "Account paid in full". Two weeks later I received another bill for over twice what I already paid. Really?
Doctors are great, but Banner is the absolute worst. You can’t even call the front desk to get anything done just a call center, they constantly misprescribe my medication or don’t send it at all. I’m paralyzed so I do Telehealth visits and they never call me to schedule follow ups that the doctor asked for.
Horrible!! I called early in the morning for a very important refill because the pharmacy messed up not me!! I was told no worries they will send it. Hours passed nothing I called again and was told no worries somebody is working on it. More hours passed they are about to close I call again to be told by a very rude incompetent “receptionist” oh but it can take up to 3 business days!!!! Now mind you it’s my blood pressure medicine!!
