I was so surprised by the bad reviews that I had to write one. This office is amazing, I’ve never had to wait, they always get me back pretty much right away, even before I’m done filling things out. Dr. Venardi is the most down to earth, warm, and personable doctor we’ve ever met. She takes her time with you and feels like a friend. Having the labs right there in the same building is also so convenient. Highly recommend.

All I needed was a booster shot. I made an appointment for 2, I showed up at 1:55. I sat in the waiting room until 2:24. I had to ask if they were running late. Then Ashly comes to get me, does not apologize for being late, does not ask how I am, im sure she could see on my face I was irritated. Gives me my shot, no instructions for what I may feel from the shingles vaccine, nothing. So I ask why I even bother making an appointment? She stares at me blankly. I am glad to have the option to choose Mitchem as a Primary Care giver. Except there was the one seriously bad problem. He brings in his personal cell phone, sets it in the middle of the PRIVATE clinical area. Positions the cameras lenses upward. It is a privacy violation he should be castigated, or completely avoided for having done that. Does he make extra money on the side hustle by what appears to be data scrapping and selling it to data brokers? Dr Alice Antonescu is an amazing pediatrician. She is always very attentive to little ones, she really cares about them and kids love her too. Even though we moved from the area and we have to drive 40 minutes to get there, we haven’t changed our kid’s doctor.
