Front desk left me on hold for an hour when asking about a medication interaction… (it said 2-6 minute wait time) Proceeded to tell me they don’t know and they’d call me back, then they closed and never did.

Dr Musgrave and the staff at this clinic have been incredible. I have several chronic illnesses, and Dr Musgrave helped uncover more issues than the many specialists I've seen in the last 5 years. In addition, she has provided me with referrals to other great practitioners who are interested and care. She's been an advocate for me and I've never quite had a pcp like her. Her nurse is amazing, and Dr Lattes has been helpful if I have needed help when Dr Musgrave is away. I cannot say enough good things.

I filled out an appointment request a month in advance, having been given this clinic on a list of in-network providers with my insurance. I put my insurance info on the appointment request, and it was approved. I was emailed an appointment confirmation. I showed up a month later for my appointment only to be told that they weren't taking my insurance after all and had left a voicemail to tell me, but when I double checked, there was not only no voicemail but also no call on my call log (this was the only phone number I gave... read more
