We've been seeing Alice for the last 4 years- she isn't the issue, she is truly amazing. BUT. banner is the most unprofessional, uncommunicative organization i have ever had to deal with. the staff doesn't talk to each other. they say one thing one day and a completely different thing the other. I was told that they didn't have a general medical authorization form and they only have stamped forms (PSD, Weld, etc) so i had to go back and forth bringing a general form in to get the form that should have been done weeks ago so... read more
Loved my provider but was extremely disappointed to see that they made absolutely no attempt to reach me, never billed my insurance, and sent me to collections. Apparently they had the wrong address for me but couldn’t try my phone?
