Dena Arner refuses to communicate via the portal, the telephone, or in person. The communication we are asking for is regarding my husband’s blood pressure medication. It has been ongoing for months. Nurses or assistants in the office have acknowledged the issue and communicate that they also don’t know why she won’t respond. Super poor patient care from this specific provider.
