I love my Doctor: Whitney Hine. She is responsive. And she cares deeply for her patients in a way only a small town doctor can. Banner is lucky to have her. The one star rating lies with Banner. Multiple times over this year I’ve had problems getting pre-approvals done in a timely manner and correctly. I met with the Clinic Mgr several times trying to address these issues. Banner Health does not adjust to location - they may be proficient in urban settings but are a disappointment where relationships matter. Flexibility according to individual clients is crucial yet lost. Sad.
