Everyone is very nice! But there have been a lot of scheduling issues, calling me the day before my ultrasound at 4:30 and saying you double booked and need to reschedule is not okay in my book especially since I have to make arrangements for my kids. Then telling me you will call me back and let me know what you figure out, but don’t call back before you close. Very annoyed and disappointed this is the 4th time I’ve had to reschedule it seems to me like they need to figure out their scheduling better!
