I had an appointment at 2pm, sat for an hour and after 2 visits to the front desk it was discovered that they had called me yesterday before they closed to reschedule. I don't understand why I was even checked in to sit for over and hour then. I'm expected to be there 30minutes early, and wait generally 30minutes to be seen and then the appointment takes 30 minutes to an hour? I have to pay for the 30minutes to an hour appointment time and then make sure to set time aside out of my day to accomidate them. Or be ready to answ... read more

almost impossible to get ahold of on the phone for billing
They lost their endocrinologist and abandoned his patients.
Dr. Patton was fantastic and anybody who says different is mistaken. He is gone now though, and the quality of care has decreased dramatically. That is if they will see you at all, which the way aren’t that interested in doing. Disorganized and unfriendly.
