I would like to start out by saying the nurse and doctor were amazing and went above and beyond. However, the office staff was completely Unprofessional, violated my personal privacy and HIPAA laws, and admittedly openly discussed politics and Hate speech against opposing views at their desk in the waiting room. They used my personal medical file to speak amongst themselves about posts I had made on a community forum on Facebook, which is a complete violation of my rights and HIPAA laws. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel at ease from the moment I walked in Dr. Brown took the time to thoroughly explain my diagnosis and treatment options, which really helped me understand my condition, I was impressed with the quick appointment availability and minimal wait time, The clinic is clean and well-maintained, and the nurses were very attentive and helpful, I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for compassionate and professional care.
This team is so much better than any clinic I've been to in all my years. I would choose them above all others.
My boyfriend is currently in the ER and I was on a call with him and one of the nurses in quote called him "honey" that is unprofessional and inappropriate regardless the age or situation.
