The staff is very friendly, listen well, and are prompt. Dr Forslund was great. Listened to all I had to say. Got my referrals done fast. Got calls later that day from places I was referred to later in the day
I love the Banner Health Clinic! Dr. Darrell is such an awesome doctor! He is very friendly, caring, professional, knowledgeable, timely with his follow-ups, and really listens to what you have to say. When needed, he researches your condition to make sure he has all of the information, and he is never in a hurry. It's so easy to make an appointment online or through the office, and he'll work you in if needed. The staff at the clinic is super friendly and helpful, too!
It’s been a rough journey for me at this clinic. I have been misdiagnosed multiple times, I haven’t felt heard, and am now looking for a second opinion. It takes forever to be seen or to figure out what is wrong with you while you’re being told everything is fine and what’s happening to you is normal (when you KNOW it is not normal). I am honestly very disappointed and am hoping to find answers elsewhere.
Not honest with pricing at all. Was told my total, which i paird. Then I end up with another bill in the mail when I specifically asked would that 30$ be the only charge and was told yes. Do not recommend.
