I had an excellent experience with my appointment with Dr McCarty. He didn’t try and rush through my appointment. He listened to my questions and provided detailed answers to my questions in terms I could understand. He seemed genuinely concerned with my issues.
Kevin Hall is a top notch professional. We wouldn't go anywhere else.
Banners billing is awful. They bill with the wrong codes or the Dr's notes aren't correct compared to what happened during the visit. The Dr supposedly gave me an Preventable Health Consult during my visit and charged my insurance for it. Well insurance doesn't pay for that B.S. So I have to pay $103 for it. I had this probl3m with their Clinic and their hospital. I went around and around with their billing. They do nothing. Avoid Banner at all costs.
