I was at Banner Emergency on New Year’s Eve and had a very positive experience. I was in and out in under two hours and was seen by a provider within the first 15 minutes. Everyone I interacted with was precise, fast, and genuinely friendly. The whole process felt efficient and well organized. I really appreciated the professionalism and care—especially on such a busy holiday.
Charged me $200 for a splint that I was trying to leave without. I told them I wanted to just go and they just guilt tripped me into staying so they could put the splint on me. I said “I would rather just leave without the splint” and a nurse said all condescending “why?” And I said because it’s just taking to long, which I only said because I didn’t think I was going to have to provide a reason and then she said well it’ll just be another second so I ended up staying
