Be careful!! I was told the Nurse Practitioner that I saw in April for a standard exam, MarciAnn Harris was in my insurance network for BlueCrossBlueShield. This wasn't true, they lied to me. I had to pay $330 for an out of network visit and this office would not help me fight it, nor their corporate office. Even though they still claim she was in network. After repeated calls for help I feel my only option is to warn others.
I went in to reinstate my SSI social security benefits with my primary doctor who I've had for five plus years, I was told I should do my taxes instead of getting medical assistance I got a nurse practitioner accountant. This place is a joke. I've been on hold for a week now. Every day all day. Literally over 16 hours of being on hold, just to try to get an appointment..
Seeing all the other reviews makes me feel better putting this up here. [I thought it was only me] My first doctor was leaving and transfered me to wellington. Then had a doctor here I loved, she also left. Leaving me with Dr.Theo. This is the second apointment in a row I have requested a good faith bill and never revived one. The doctors great, the rest of the staff is terrible and is also in violation of the No Surprise Billing Law.
