I do NOT believe all these good reviews. I posted about my HORRIBLE experience with Megan Ahmed on NextDoor and a ton of people replied saying they think this is the worst place ever and also had bad experiences with her. I BROKE three bones in my face and repeatedly begged her to send me to a surgeon to get it looked ASAP before they fused crooked. The receptionists that work here are not doing their jobs. I took a family member in for services related to a work injury, I came in a few minutes after them, I went to the front desk and asked the woman (Desiree) where their restrooms were and she sat there and blinked extra hard for about 10 seconds saying nothing as that was happening another woman was coming from out the back she told me that she was sorry but there were no public restrooms I said thank you, then asked the other woman if she worked there because she was... read more
Visited doctor and had blood tests done. No one reach out to me about results after two weeks, called and still on reports after another four days. They don’t care!!!!
Dr. Spencer was great. He was very attentive and answered all my questions. He took time to explain and make sure I understood my treatment options. I would definitely recommend Dr. Spencer for anyone looking for a great PCP.
Anne Donos is very professional and thoughtful. She always asks the right questions and is good listener. Her MA is also very thoughtful with a sense of her patients.
