This clinic is wonderful! The receptionist is always friendly and helpful. The nurses and drs all treat you with respect. They listen to concerns and never brush you off.
Dr. Reynoso is very kind. and his staff are friendly, and caring.
I went to this location last year for a well visit and to check on a recovering sore throat. I had previously only gone to urgent cares if I didn't feel well. I wanted to begin getting yearly physicals and blood work especially after my father had just passed away from a heart attack and my mother developed congestive heart failure. I explained that I am healthy and my parent's issues were brought on by their lifestyles, but I wanted to be checked out nonetheless and be more responsible about my health. I’ve always had GOOD experiences with this office. But today I saw a Dr.Kathleen ???- extremely rude, judgmental, pushy and horrible bedside manner. I do NOT recommend her to anyone especially women. I truly wish I could give zero stars.
The clerical staff and also the nurses at the Banner Health Clinic in Eaton are excellent, always very good in their helpfulness, but I especially want to write about Dr. John Hopkins. I am 72, and I don't like to visit doctors. I seldom see a doctor, and avoid seeing one. Dr. Hopkins is especially good, first-rate. I appreciate that he tells me my situation and recommends his best option for treatment, but he never presses nor squeezes me to do what he thinks best.
