My doctor Alexandria Lessem answered all of my concerns . The rest of the staff were very friendly. I didn't have to wait very long to be seen.
Absolute shitshow. I asked for an xray of my calf, they ordered one for my ankle. I told them I thought I had a yeast infection, they gave me antibiotics and made the infection worse. I called to update them on my symptoms, the front desk people gave the update to a doctor I hadn’t seen preventing me from getting timely care. Literally NONE of the health issues I went in for are resolved. In fact, they worsened the condition of the second one. Dismissive practitioners, bad communication among staff.
Everything went fine. I thought I was getting a checkup and the doctor thought I had many concerns. I didn't go over everything because I forgot a couple things I wanted to talk about. She was very helpful with what we discussed and helped me get outside help for a couple of needs.
I was looking for great female primary care physician for a while. I finally found my physician! Mealene, FNP took time to discuss my health issues and pointed out my best route. Her assistant Ms. Maigua and their receptionists Ms. Sarah and Ms. Nadyne were great and very kind too! I am deeply greatful for their care after my poor experience at another facility.
