I had a very frustrating experience with Banner Health billing and front desk services. I brought my newborn daughter in for appointments on 11/21/25, 11/26/25, and 12/15/25, and provided my insurance information each time. However, my insurance was only applied to the middle visit (11/26/25). I was later billed over $400 as a self-pay patient for the first and third visits, which is completely unacceptable. This is the most unorganized and poorly run medical clinic I have ever been to. I stayed and put up with it because I loved Dr. Myer, but now that she has left, there is really no reason to continue coming here. Scheduling is inconsistent, communication is poor, and the overall experience feels unorganized from start to finish. It often feels like the office is overwhelmed and not operating efficiently, which ultimately impacts patient care. Beware. Don't ask them if their doctors are covered by your insurance. They'll just say, "yes," and four months later you'll get a five-hundred-dollar bill with a notice saying your insurance doesn't cover the doctor. It was for a preventative visit that should've costed $0. Going back and forth with Banner and the insurance, no one took accountability. It just seems very fishy to me. I've learned a hard lesson here. Exercise due diligence. Do not trust what they say.

We seen Prachi Jindal, My boyfriend and I chose her as a primary care physician because all the good ones were taken so we needed a doctor. We figured we would just go ahead and go with her since she had a bunch of openings but we now know why she had so many.
