I’ve had the worst experience here. Reception is nice and helpful, but that’s it. There is no parking. I got my blood tested here, I told them I fainted when I get my blood drawn, they still sat me in a chair. My next visit, I was so rushed. I didn’t get to ask my doctor any questions. Her and the nurse were so off sync. I felt like I was there for 45 minutes waiting and they saw me for 2 minutes. I didn’t get any of my questions asked or answered. Do not go here if you value your health and want actual health care.
Dr. Tobin truly cares about his patients and explores every avenue of solutions for chronic headaches and migraines. The problem here is the wait time. I typically wait more than an hour past my appointment time just to see the doctor. It's frustrating to say the least and I'm considering leaving because of this. If I'm supposed to be respectful of the doctor's time, they need to be respectful of mine as well.
Unprofessional and liars. Resolutions legit started explaining condensendingly what a referal is after I told them my first appointment including lying and my informstion being sent out with out my approval. I didnt ask for referals. Bad. Shame shame shame.
This clinic is an absolute nightmare to communicate with—utterly unresponsive. My 85-year-old mother received a recommendation from her pharmacist to adjust her prescription, so she called this group to discuss the change. The automated message already warns of a 25-45 minute wait time (which is ridiculous in itself), but after just 15 minutes on hold, she opted to leave her number for a callback. I came in as a new patient seeking a new PCP. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. The PA that I saw was kind and collaborative. Great bedside manner! This was my first time there but it was definitely a good first impression.
