Nice clean newer facility, not too busy and parking is limited close by so many have to park in the parking structure nearby. One elevator was broken when we visited. Staff seemed nice in Prinary Care, seen ontime. Also had to go to the first floor imaging Dept, busy but got an Xray within 20 minutes. Note Xrays are walk in only, no appointments. Also important to know is the Sonora Quest lab located in the primary care area only draws blood for in house Banner Lab requests done by a Dr. there. Otherwise great experience.
Dr. Mutikani is our newborn son’s pediatrician, and we are so grateful to have her caring for him. We especially appreciated that she took the time to reach out to us after office hours to respond to a message I had left through the Banner patient portal. That meant a lot to us as new parents.
