Do not go here unless you live close to the facility and don't mind them requiring several visits before they will even schedule your routine colonoscopy. I was referred here by my Banner primary care physician, but after the first visit when they refused to schedule the needed procedure, scheduling a followup instead, I decided to read the reviews. I wish I had read them first. My resolution was to find the best gastro Dr in my area and get a referral to them. Good luck and don't let these guys mess with you.
All aspects of Banner is great. I highly recommend Banner Orthopedics. I've had 3 hip replacement surgeries, 2 with Banner, and I was highly impressed with every part of their process.
Unfortunately you can't post zero stars or I would have. This place exemplifies how broken the healthcare system is. Went there with breathing issues resulting from quitting after 55 years of smoking. The NP walked into the exam room and said there's nothing they can do for me and I should find an ER. I didn't go to an ER because the result would have most likely sent me into bankruptcy. These are the realities of the United States Healthcare system. Moved from out of state. I was very impressed with the assistance I received to to find a provider was very quickly referred to a provider and received an appointment. Saw the care physician and everything went very smoothly. We ordered test. I got them that day we ordered Additional tests that needed to be done and was referred quickly and made appointments with care physicians. Overall it was an excellent experience and I’m gonna try and set my husband up to go to bad health as well.
Highly recommend this surgery center. My wife had very successful surgery with Dr. Ballesteros. So I requested him for mine. I enjoyed my visit with him, he answered all my questions, and I never felt rushed.
