Found the practice to be very helpful and accommodating. Dr. was very attentive, excellent bedside manner, and really listened to my concerns.
Front desk receptionist was a tad rude and made me worry for no reason. but other than that I had a good experience doctor Dyzzy Kramer was amazing and listen to me and made sure she got me started on the right path to getting some help. And made me feel better and not worry so much.
Explained everything about my upcoming surgery. Answered all my questions. Very kind, concerned about my well being.
I would definitely recommend Dr Chung and Christeen McDannell for orthopedic surgery. I had an excellent experience with them and I want to thank them for everything they did to make my surgery a success.
Was great experience from start to finish with surgeon all the way down to his PA and office staff
