Banner Health has been exceptional managing my health care. I trust my Dr.'s and the entire staff are courteous and professional.
Everyone at all the Banner facilities are caring and professional.
I’ve tried to call the vascular surgery to make an appointment. Last time I spoke to them was Tuesday last week and they told me the department who handles referrals messed up and they’d call me back. That was over a week ago. I called and called and it says my wait time is 2 minutes then it puts me on holds until I hang up from waiting for so long…. Wtffff I just want an appointment!!
