My daughters have gone here for 6 years since they were babies.. their dr recently retired and Today they had a well visit scheduled with a new dr. This was scheduled a month ago… got told today! 4 hours before my appointment this dr can not see children thins young… we change insurance at the end of the month in 10 days now there’s no openings for my children to be seen. I want to know WHO scheduled this WHY for a month it didn’t get caught until THE DAY OF.

This place is 95% runaround and 5% getting things done. Jonathan the medical assistant is always a day late and a dollar short. I've shown up for blood work only to find it wasn't ordered, postponed appointments multiple times because he could not line up the appropriate testing in advance. Everyone I talk to has a different story when I call to follow up, offering only to "send [another] urgent message to the medical assistant", effectively putting me off for another 24 hours so he can not respond again. The staff is very professional and friendly. They have their process down and get you in and out as smoothly as possible. This is always where I ask to go if my doctor needs imaging.
