Just reading all the "negative" and positive comments and I have to say...some negative comments are rather lengthy and very descriptive. Leading me to believe these are major concerns. Mainly the care sought from ER and scheduling staff and their protocol. Has anyone ever considered contacting there local TV station to complain? Here in WI., they take matters such as these very seriously.
Candace Napier is by far the worst doctor I’ve ever had the experience of meeting. I’ve met many different doctors and many different specialties; ER/Urgent, Dermatology, Primary Care, OBGYNs, Podiatrist. She does not listen, she does not speak to you with any bed side manner. It’s like she’s refused to work with me and my husband entirely. She has never once asked us to schedule another appointment with her. FNP Edward Sutliffe in sleep study is truly phenomenal. He is incredibly educated, and clearly loves what he does. Not only that, but he knows how to educate his patients in terminology thats easy to digest. I am only just now beginning my care with him, but I am already extremely grateful. Front desk and the tech that brought me back were also great. Extremely welcoming and kind, super non-judgmental and understanding. I would like to suggest that someone somewhere find a way to straighten out the mess of phone numbers that are for the varied Banner facilities and the doctors phone numbers Phone numbers are an epic disaster to the hospital, all Banner facilities, and the doctors. I never get the correct numbers and there is no way to break through the systems. Easier to send a carrier pigeon and wait for response. All this twchnology
