Criminal absolutely criminal. The first visit with my doc went great, they charged my insurance like normal. Then comes my second appointment today….. these people wanted to charge me $200 just to talk to my primary. Then told me it’s my insurance requiring this. I don’t think the receptionist thought I’d get ahold of my insurance provider so quickly because according to insurance they lied. Dr Grant Taylor has been my doctor for about a year and I am very pleased with his care. For my recent annual review he ordered comprehensive lab work which he reviewed in detail during my visit. Dr Taylor listened to my concerns and made sure he had answered all of my questions. I am also pleased with the staff at this office, ease of making appointments, using their web site, etc., thank you.
OMG Worst place ever I have been going here for years and my Dr Moved out of state and the new Dr. And her Medical Assistant are HORRIBLE trying to get a prescription filled is HORRIBLE they either don't send the prescription or don't send all the information the pharmacy needs to fill it. No one should have to wait a week for a prescription to get filled it's wrong on so many levels. It's like a Mickey Mouse Club being ran over there!!!
This was my last stop of getting my hormone levels checked after a year of being a tennis ball going back and forth with doctors. I came here, spent over $400 for my 30 minute visit to never get a call, email or letter about anything. I gave them my money and got completely ghosted. I never even called back because I already went through enough bs in the year with doctors that I just took it upon myself to find an actual clinic that will treat me and actually care about my health.
