I love both of my neurologists here Dr Murphy and Dr Nikjai(sp). The front office staff is very patient and understanding. willing to help in anyway they can. The restroom is located just outside the office.
A month ago I wrote 5 star review. Went in this time to have valve problem addressed same dr but geratic dept took over. What a joke. I may be old but not an idiot. They say what they think u want hear and do just the opposite. Just so frustrating.
Overall terrible experience. We started in ICU for my dad, he was admitted and had immediate surgery. Because he was battling cancer and had lost a significant amount of weight, it was very tough experience. The “death crew” (palliative care)came while he was at his worst, right after surgery when he was on a ventilator, pushing hospice hard.
