Jason is the MVP of the front-of-house desk staff. He cracked me up several times, great personality, the perfect dude to greet you. Please give him a bonus, make sure you never lose that employee. I came in with right sided chest pain and pressure with a stabbing pain that comes and goes with deep breaths. I have had a great experience previously but I was there on Sat evening - the PA was so rude and disrespectful - she had no interest in listening and made me feel like she thought I shouldn't be there. I just wanted to get away. They brought me back within 5 minutes of arriving - she even said to me that if the MD comes in,I should tell him that I was already seen as they were trying to clear the cases. Ridiculous!
Great experience. I got the royal treatment from Dr. Lum and Nurse Desi (sp?) I went in suffering from a bad crash on my bike early on a Saturday morning. Broke my hand and needed stitches on my knee as well as a lot of road rash and abrasions all over my body. Dr. Lum stitched me up and Nurse Desi got me a cast. I felt well treated and cared for by all of the staff I encountered. Great job, ladies!!
