I have had a great experience previously but I was there on Sat evening - the PA was so rude and disrespectful - she had no interest in listening and made me feel like she thought I shouldn't be there. I just wanted to get away. They brought me back within 5 minutes of arriving - she even said to me that if the MD comes in,I should tell him that I was already seen as they were trying to clear the cases. Ridiculous!
Great experience. I got the royal treatment from Dr. Lum and Nurse Desi (sp?) I went in suffering from a bad crash on my bike early on a Saturday morning. Broke my hand and needed stitches on my knee as well as a lot of road rash and abrasions all over my body. Dr. Lum stitched me up and Nurse Desi got me a cast. I felt well treated and cared for by all of the staff I encountered. Great job, ladies!!

Intake and getting us out was quick, and thats about the only positive thing I can say about this visit. We went into this emergency room because my husband had sudden hives all over his body that were so bad he couldn’t sleep and was having troubles at work. He had woken up that particular morning with difficulty breathing and a sudden sore and stiff neck.
