The entire process was efficient, easy and quicker than other ER visits. Everyone was attententive, kind and informative! Excellent care!
Everything went well. From the time I entered the door until I left, everything and everybody were great. The doctor and nurses were wonderful. I do need to get a copy of my records for my stay. I have access to my records from my previous stay at Banner; any way to add them to those? Thanks.
My nurse Amy was excellent. Kind and caring. Was attentive to my needs. However the CT pickup on the way back, I asked to go to the bathroom and told him he needed to stay and he said it wasn't that far to walk to my room and left me. It was painful to walk and I needed that wheelchair. He had black hair and was totally indifferent. Very disappointed and unprofessional. He should be reprimanded.
It was great. Everyone was so nice and patient and understanding. The doctor and nurses were all very kind. Even the security guard was pleasant.
