I went to the ER because I had a vision problem that I thought could've been a stroke, they took my blood pressure and a doctor checked out my pupil dilation with a standard light (total time: 30 minutes, 20 of them waiting for a Dr. even though the place was abandoned). When I checked out, they billed me $980, which I thought was breathtaking for a glorified checkup, but, OK, ER charges. Then I got an additional $1000 bill. Like, just a BP check and a quick light in the eye, $1800.

I come here twice a week right now for 4 appointments due to a high risk pregnancy. Everyone I have encountered is so nice, sweet and knowledgeable. I don't mind the 30 mins I drive in order to get care I trust.

Had out-patient sugery there yesterday. From beginning to end, woderful people!!! Jennifer, Sally, Cerina...all the o.r staff..help desk and registration...thank you for all you did!!!

the nurses here were so sweet and amazing. they always made sure you had what you needed and made you feel comfortable. they joked around but were serious when needed. super sweet people all around this place. thanks for everything you did for me(:

They are very nice and caring. The er was empty and honestly I will not go back to MCR or PVH again. I've had horrible experiences at almost all uchealth hospitals
