My friend got a surgery here to remove a grapefruit sized ovarian cyst and the affected ovary which was well beyond saving. When she woke up they told her that “everything went well, no complications”, yet upon reading the report, we found out that the cyst burst and spilled a ton of fluid into her abdominal cavity, which the surgical team had to clean out with a ton of saline. Did a couple day stay here while in town for work for an infection that they identified as a MERSA, but really (thankfully) wasn’t - They worked hard to treat my issue while it was increasingly getting worse, so I’m not upset about that or anything, I was very sick with a high fever, heart rate and white blood cell count…. Turned out a more simple infection that antibiotics took care of. All in all the stay was ok and doctors were professional, thorough and caring.

I had a mixed experience at Banner. Most of the staff was exceptional—friendly, professional, and attentive, making the visit pleasant overall. However, one nurse’s behavior stood out negatively. The nurses behavior (Holly) was dismissive and rude. Her attitude made me feel uncomfortable and undervalued as a patient. Unfortunately, this single interaction significantly impacted my experience, leading to the one-star rating. I hope the facility addresses this to ensure all patients feel respected.

Minor procedures (like colonoscopy) and imaging done here. I was so impressed by how kind every one was. I have a complicated medical situation but felt like I was in great hands.
