Went to the Banner ER in Fort Collins on a Thursday morning around 6:00am and it was quiet and help was quick. Everyone from security and check-in staff to nurses and attending was extremely kind, informative, patient, and extremely helpful. Hopefully I don’t have to return anytime soon, but it’s great knowing good help is close-by.

I feel so lucky to have Dr Diane Zug, Banner Health Fort Collins on Colland, as my PCP. She's really wonderful. She's kind, compassionate, and collaborative. As a woman with fibromyalgia, I haven't always found doctors who were willing to listen to me and to believe what I am telling them, and to care enough to try to help, but Dr Zug does.

Wow. Where to start…. We were seen by Dr. Hanck and were underwhelmed by her bedside manner. Long, awkward pauses after answering her questions, she was semi hostile in her line of questioning and seemed to be focusing on my husband’s high blood pressure instead of the fact that he was actively semi-choking (the reason for the visit). They couldn’t help us and informed us we needed to go to the Greeley location. Fine let’s go. No, they kept us for an hour while they “transferred” our case over. Skyline Banner where Centers for Gastroenterology is located always does a great job. Dr Caufield was very kind and informative.
