All of the newer tellers are so nice, efficient and remember their clients. I have have had issues in the past with inaccurate info being input for a loan, and incorrect payments being taken but it was all quickly corrected
Their way of taking care of their employees really amazed me... I needed a ride to the airport because my flight was delayed and they let my niece leave to take me and get back after. They even let her have a little extra time. How amazing are they?!?!
