poor quality installation, doesn't stand behind jobs Ideal Windows installed by Banner. First, installation crew went into 'off limits' places in my house (opened a door that had a sign attached saying "DO NOT ENTER'). Windows don't seal properly, getting a lot of frost. Called for service but was told they only install and will not support any job. Would not recommend again
Installation quality: one star or no star 3 yrs new construction, build by DR Hortan and installed by Banner. The sidings are just falling off, very poor quality of work.
