I went to Banner ER on Sept 21st after 2steps of registering said the wait time will be 6 hours. We will wait for over 3 hours, There was very cold and the crowd in the room boy are noisy and I am suffering from stomach pain. Feel uncomfortable and can not breathe or rest. Then, my husband asked the front desk how long have to wait, and said that there is not bed enough and another 10 more hours to wait. That place is unorganized at all. A 4 1/2 hour wait with no indication of being called back for a bed. I understand that severity of issues determines priority but with number of people streaming in, my chance of being seen by doctor was slim so I asked that my name be taken off list & person behind counter said “ there are only 3 on top of you “.
