I've gone to Sage primary a few times and the staff is always super nice but as far as my time with the nurse and doctor I feel like I'm being run through the mill - first question, how old are you? second question, have you fallen in the last year weigh in go to the room sit down, blood pressure, ask some questions type type on the computer. I went to the ER room at 11 pm On 3/16/24 due a high blood pressure of 173. Since I have a history of TIA, I thought I would get immediate care as the Emergency Room supposed to do, but to my great disappointment, after signed up at the front desk and I was called up for a blood draw and a EJK test, I was asked to sit in the waiting room. Hi Neighbors, Glenn Scott the Painter here... My experience at Banner Medical Center was top shelf both times that I stayed... I had colon cancer surgery there performed by Dr Hadi Najafian. He and everyone on staff treated me with respect and like a rock star. Both of my visits by the 3rd day I got to know everyone from doctors, nurses, staff and even the girl that cleaned my room, I realized that no one was working there for the money... Awesome! I had to wait a couple of months for an appointment and it was well worth the wait. Dr. Adarsh Sai was, in a word, fantastic. He was on time for the appointment, alert, easy to speak with and a proactive listener. He addressed my (many) concerns with clarity and good sense options , and cheerily and clearly offered his insight and protocol for me to heal moving forward. I made an appointment online and got in right away. Very pleasant office staff and a nice setting. I don’t know if Shawna was having a bad day or is always in a hurry but I felt very discounted. I am not a needy patient by any means but she needs training in empathy. Very curt and wouldn’t answer my questions as she was heading out the door. She was in the room with me for about 3 minutes.

It’s the season for sickness for many, especially the elderly. Please, please, whatever you do, please avoid coming to this hospital or letting an elderly loved one come to this hospital if they have any kind of illness that requires them to stay. . I have never witnessed such poor health care given to anyone in my life. My family member had Covid and had the unfortunate experience of being admitted into this hospital by necessity. The never-ending parade of NP's and Endo's doesn't lead to confidence with patient's. There is no continuity of care.

Was at banner on Tuesday with daughter. Because she was having trouble breathing they did very every test under the sun. That wasn't related to the her problem having hard time of breathing. Next time I am going to take her to other hospital who will treat the problem. Banner is getting worse and not better.

being in this rehab for 2 weeks in October 9th to 26th I RECEIVED THE BEST CARE EVER. THE TEAM WORKEDWELL TOGETHER AND HELPED ME THROUGH SOME PAINFUL TIME. to me they were great;; There kindness and attitudes were tops. THE FOOD WAS GOOD BUT THEIR COFFEE TASTE BAD. The PT and OT were caring, and they motivated you with truly love of what they do. IF I EVER HAD TO COME BACK IN THE FUTURE ,HOPEFULLY NOt, i would in a heart beat!!!
