This hospital is a prime example of profit over patients. As one of the many for profit hospitals within Southern Tucson, the quality of care and services provided here is by far among the worse. Although, the staff does the absolute best to work with the available resources and they really want to help people, this hospital does absolutely nothing to support their staff. had a 6pm appointment and the office was closed prior to 6pm. they even sent me a reminder text and a missed appointment text. i called them 3 times and no answer and the lights were all off and cars were all gone. they had a bs note on the door saying they had too many patients and it was for their safety. the office was locked and dark, no one in site at all. whoever was running the practice this evening had no common courtesy to call or text anyone back and let them know they would be closed. i got off work early and rush... read more

My mother was there recently with a diagnosis of dementia the attending physician called my father at home in regards th her treatment his behavior on the phone and attitude was rather very unprofessional and as a result caused unnecessary discomfort for the family please avoid this hospital....,,

I went to the er , and they put my last name incorrect - even though they were given all the correct infozl. Now because of their small error my insurance won't pay for someone they don't know ( wrong name) and Banner is trying to charge me 10 grand !!! Multiple attempts to fix this has failed as their supervisors don't return calls and their employees don't care . Sad this one er visit that should of been partially covered by the health insurance I paid for my whole life is now going to ruiny life of debt free I have worked... read more

DO NOT GO HERE!! I have never in my life been treated with such rudeness, contempt, and unprofessionalism. I can’t believe this guy is allowed to practice. He constantly interrupted, belittled and then refused to see me (after I waited 3 months to see him). I have reported him to my doctor’s office and my insurance company in case they fraudulently try to bill my insurance. He has a bad reputation for a reason, I should’ve read the other reviews!

If I was offered 10 stars I would certainly award Banner 10 stars!  From Vee the receptionist, to every nurse, the Occupational Therapist, Physical Theriapists, the Dr.s, the support staff responsible for maintenance and taking food orders, absolutely wonderful people!  I have never been as impressed with the kindness shown me after my emergency hip surgery at Banner University on 2/25.  Even the transport driver was wonderful.  What ever Banner Rehabilitation does during their interviewing is just perfect.   I want to thank... read more
