My experience at Banner was an absolute nightmare that I will not ever recover from. I wouldn't wish what I endured from this hospital on anyone. I went in because I was miscarrying my baby. It was my fourth pregnancy and I had known for weeks I was expecting. My belly had already grown and yet, I was told from your nurses that "I wasn't actually pregnant. DO NOT GO HERE. Banner facilities are never my first choice because it seems treatment like this is the rule rather than the exception. Decided to give this clinic a try for psychiatry. Big mistake. I'm extremely dissatisfied with every provider I've seen here. My psychiatrist hadn't received a doctorate and constantly questioned common symptoms and dragged out appointments for the better part of a year without diagnosis instead of telling me I was too complex of a case for his experience. I have to say, that this Emergency room is despicable. My husband is almost 70 years old, he is legally blind and hard of hearing. Upon entering into the emergency room, he was assaulted by over zealous security guards. My husband was chocked, couldn't breathe, has a black eye from one of 5 security guards that left him battered. I had a mammogram ultrasound at this Sunwest imaging location and paid a huge price! Initially I was quoted under $200 as an estimate but ending up paying more than double and close to $650 (this was even a long awaited negotiated down from $800s thanks to the manager's effort...) All kinds of analysis services were included in the visit that were not mentioned in the estimate. I did not receive good physical health care at Banner Physical Therapy in Tucson Az, due to the Racism. I experienced at all three offices. The Physical Therapy Office on Grant Road the physical Therapist could not hide his hate for me because of my race. The Therapist talk about politics, while working on my knee, while I was in pain. I was admitted as a quadriplegic and walked out with all my faculties. They have the best PT’s who care about you. There’s not enough stars to do justice for the quality of care you receive.

I was sent to the ER on Monday for a minor procedure  I sat in an ER bed for 7 hours waiting to hear when they would do the procedure. At 9 pm that night they wanted to admit me so they could do the procedure the next morning. I told them that they had to wait 48 hours for the blood thinner to wear off. After several people insisting it could be done the next day a doctor came in and said no we must wait until Wednesday when the 48 hours expired.
