Don't know how to start. But let's just say this is no hospital. I did not get no hospitality at all. I checked alone for aggressive vomiting, I been throwing up for 3 hours straight,no one helped me . I was in the middle of the lobby throwing up n no one bother to help me. And fainted and was left with no assistant.I woke up to the security helping me off the floor. There was no hospitality. My father came in for a colonosopy procedure and he's had nothing but problems. It's been a nightmare. We never see doctors, we have to beg to see a doctor. We are our fathers advocate and no one is listening. It's been a disaster and no one is helping us find answers.

i have surgery tomorrow the 19th. the billing department called me today to tell me that i have to pay 2100 out of pocket in order for my surgery to go through. how do you wait all the way till the day before surgery to tell me this. so i told them i dont have no where near that amount and i can maybe give them 100$ she said that no payments can be received, i have to pay in full. they then tell me that they are going to call my surgeon to ask him if my surgery is needed. my health insurance is through banner health/ walmart... read more

I got to the hospital early for my surgery. The took me back earlier than I thought it would be and they were really great to me. They treated me well. The nurses were great and I just love the surgeon I had!
