My husband has been in the hospital for conditions related to open heart surgery. Dr. Colon, the surgical staff and especially the AMAZING nursing team in Observation on the 4th floor and Cardiac care on the 3rd floor. Brownies aren't enough to show my gratitude for the excellent care you have given to my husband. Thank you 🥰
Just dont go to abrazo west campus or estrella hospitals because unless you are about to die they pat you on your head and send you home, blame the fire department for not giving vitals, the nurse staff makes fun of the patient, and when the patient is really in truly sick they send the patient home and misdiagnose the patient completely wrong, dont do any tests, to the point where when a specialist of the same trade is very mad for the lack of care given to the patient. So take this as a warning.
Don't believe the estimates before care. They cannot properly quote even after running insurance. They were off by about $2000. I cannot complain about the quality of care, the Drs. and most of the nurses were really good.

The doctors saved my life, Dr Freeborn did an amazing job on surgery. I thought the hospital was going to tell me nothing was wrong but they took great care of me. ♥
Hands down the worst medical staff in the state. My father in law sat for damn near 20 minutes with his heart monitor going off because he knocked a sensor off his finger. There were 6 nurses right outside the door having a chat about their weekend, none of whom even bothered to look in the door. People are sick, hurt, and dying and the medical staff couldn’t be bothered to give a shit.
